KIRSTIE ALLSOPP AND FLEMINGTON DESIGN

‘LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION’ star, Kirstie Allsopp, launched her first collection of bed linen yesterday.

Her ‘HOME LIVING’ Collection had its official launch at Searcys in London’s Knightsbridge; each design presented on beautiful beds by Inverness based, Flemington Design.

Kirstie’s Miranda and Camille were displayed on the CHATEAU BLANC BAROQUE, a French inspired carved bed, which offset the vintage designs, with a classic twist.

Whilst Sabrina and Lydia nestled comfortably upon the CHATEAU BORDEAUX, a traditional Rattan bed, ideally suited to complement the country cottage look of the two bed linen designs.

FLEMINGTON DESIGN CHOSEN TO SHOWCASE NEW COLLECTION FROM ICONIC FASHION DESIGNER ZANDRA RHODES

Beautiful beds from makers of French inspired furniture, Flemington Design, were chosen to showcase the flamboyant fashion designer Zandra Rhodes’ foray into bed linen.

The new ZR collection was launched on Thursday 1st July at an exclusive event, which took place at the Connaught hotel, Mayfair, London in its fabulous new ballroom.

Bed linen designs, SOMBRERO, CRETIAN LILY and PAISLEY DAISY were presented on beds, fitting the iconic designer’s dramatic sense of style.

The CRETIAN LILY classic design was beautifully complemented set out on a magnificent black 4 poster while the more gentle scrolling design of PAISLEY DAISY sat perfectly on a silver scrolled bed.

Centre stage, in true “Zandra’ style, the dramatic design of SOMBRERO was suitably matched with a flamboyant pink bed, specially made for the occasion.

On Monday 7th September 2009 Kylie Minogue launched her new season’s range of Kylie at Home; her wonderfully alluring collection of bed linens, cushions and throws.

Flemington Design’s beds; based on classical French designs, were chosen as the perfect partner for Kylie’s chic, glamorous and thoroughly contemporary collection. Kylie herself was captivated by our range of beds.

HOMES AND INTERIORS SCOTLAND EXHIBITION

Bedroom One Now Complete

The first bedroom is now complete in the Flemington Design Home. The entrance vestibule and downstairs cloakroom is due for completion at the weekend, this adds to the already completed inner hallway with - pictures to follow.
